2Is hiring Cleaning Hand Cleaning Service safe?
Absolutely. Our cleaning staff is carefully selected and screened. Cleaning Hand protects you by being licensed, insured and bonded so you can take comfort in hiring our staff.
3How many people do the cleaning?
Cleaning Hand Cleaning Service understands the importance of personalizing our services and we do so by providing a small team of two cleaners. Some exceptions do occur depending on the size of the home or business.
4Will it be the same cleaners on each visit?
Cleaning Hand believes it is important to keep the same staff inside of your home to properly execute personalized service. We introduce you to multiple staff members so that you will always have a friendly face providing your service during scheduled vacations and unexpected times such as illness.
5Will I be locked into a contract?
Cleaning Hand Cleaning Service does not lock you into a contract. You will be provided an agreement that you can adjust or cancel your services at any time. We want to prove you made the right decision to hire our services on each visit. We know that once you see the quality of our work that you will stay loyal and share the news with your friends.
6Do I need to supply anything?
The Cleaning Hand staff will come fully equipped to complete the job. If you have a product that you love and will like us to use then you are welcome to provide it for you visit.
7What do I need to do before they arrive?
We ask that you remove heavy clutter so our team can work efficiently during your visit. Please do not stress before our visit. If there is a little clutter left behind then we will tidy it. You hire us to relieve the burden of cleaning so you can focus on what you need to do.
8What time will the cleaners arrive?
Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Occasional weekend hours are available upon request. We allow an hour span before and after the goal time so our cleaners can focus on attentive detail to their other clients.
9What about my pets?
Cleaning Hand is very pet friendly. We do ask for the safety of our staff and your furry loved ones safety that you keep them in a separate area from which we clean.
10Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home during your visit. You may check in a key that is securely checked in and out at our office. This option works great for those that work during our visiting hours.
11What will you not clean?
Our cleaning service will not clean objects that require any larger than a step ladder to reach. Standard services will not wash dishes, perform laundry, clean outside the home or inside of fireplaces.
12Do I pay the cleaners?
The cleaning staff does not handle any forms of payment. You will be billed directly by the office. We accept cash, debit, checks and most major credit cards for payment.
13What if I need to cancel or change my visit?
We ask that you provide a twenty four hour notice to any scheduling changes to avoid a thirty dollar cancellation fee. Due to high demand for our services, we can not guarantee the rescheduled request.

15How do I get started?
Getting started with Cleaning Hand Cleaning Service is three easy steps. First, fill out your home's information on our estimate page. Second, approve the estimate. Third, we will contact you to set the date and time of your first visit.
